Trevor Tooke, our founder, graduated from high school in 2018 and college in 2022. During his high school years, he experienced the fear and uncertainty created by lockdowns, emergency drills, and the rise in school‑related threats across the country. Driven by the need for a better, more reliable way for schools to respond, Trevor developed LayerLock — a system designed to deliver immediate, verified emergency response without placing daily burdens or risks on school staff.
LayerLock was built to give schools peace of mind and the last‑resort tools they need to protect their classrooms from the unthinkable.
